Junior Sustainability Sales Specialist

Purpose of the position / Overall task:
Support the coordination and delivery of the company’s sustainability services by providing sales, operational, and technical sustainability support under the supervision of Sustainability Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities and main activities:
This role will perform the following tasks under the supervision of the Sustainability Business Development Manager.
Sustainability Services Support
Support senior colleagues in the development and delivery of sustainability consulting services. Conduct research and analysis on the latest sustainability trends and best practices. Support in implementation of best practice processes, procedures, templates, specifications, and guidelines for all project types and frameworks. Maintain awareness of new legislation and regulations related to sustainability.
Sustainability Sales Support
Support the Sustainability Business Development Manager and the certification department in managing key client accounts. Maintain and update client information, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Prepare and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports to track performance, project pipeline, and conversion metrics approved by the Sustainability Business Development Manager. Monitor client quotations, contracts, and follow-up actions. Prepare sales offers, presentations, and materials for sustainability and certification services under the supervision of Sustainability Business Development Manager. Execute email and phone campaigns to promote the company’s certification and sustainability services. Extract contact lists in Salesforce and prepare specific database under the coordination of Sustainability Business Development Manager.
Other activities
Junior Project management for key accounts (COATS). Salesforce key user. Support in enrolment of subcontractors for all Certification activities. Standardization of Salesforce processes and reporting practices across the certification department. Provide training and support to colleagues on Salesforce usage and reporting standards. Participate in internal meetings and present updates on key account activities, campaign performance, and subcontractor coordination.
Professional requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sustainability, Environmental Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, key account management, or marketing, preferably within certification, consulting, or sustainability sectors. Strong experience with Salesforce CRM (mandatory). Solid knowledge of Excel for dashboard creation and reporting. Experience coordinating email and phone campaigns and analyzing performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. Experience coordinating subcontractors or external partners is an asset. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
