Your responsibilities will include: **Service & Delivery:** Supporting daily service and ensuring consistent standards across all sections. **Menu Support:** Assisting with menu development and preparation of new dishes. **Kitchen Operations:** Helping oversee workflow, hygiene, and compliance with 5-star standards. **Team Support:** Training and guiding junior staff while promoting teamwork. **Quality Control:** Ensuring presentation, taste, and consistency meet expectations. **Who You Are:** You are an ambitious culinary professional with: Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally a hotel, resort, or high-volume environment.
