Your main responsibilities include:\nSupervision of staff in the main kitchen in consultation with the head chef\nShared responsibility for the training of trainees and the continuing education of subordinates\nMonitoring hygiene and cleanliness according to HACCP guidelines\nMonitoring the functionality of all equipment and facilities in the main kitchen\nMonitoring all activities of the main kitchen team in consultation with the head chef\nOrganization of the à la carte, room service, banquet, and Les Saisons restaurant business in collaboration with the head chef\nSupport with orders for the dry store\nResponsibility for cost-conscious work\nCreation of canteen meal plans\nCreation of recipes, monitoring standards, and quality control\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseFor this challenging role, you will have:\nCompleted chef training\nAt least three years of professional experience in fine dining in any position\nPrevious experience in a similar position with comparable requirements\nProfessional expertise, creativity, and a love of cooking\nFluent in written and spoken German and English\nStructured and organized working style\nStrong interest in teamwork\n
