Essential Responsibilities:
Administers and maintains the ServiceNow platform, including day-to-day configurationConfigures forms, lists, UI policies, notifications, catalog items, and workflowsMonitors platform performance, data quality, and overall system healthParticipates in ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and release management activitiesTroubleshoots user-reported issues, defects, and system incidentsTriage and route requests and incidents according to SLAs and priority frameworksCollaborates with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutionsProduces system designs, documentation, and performs design analysisDelivers unit-tested solutions and supports UAT and the ServiceNow end-user communityQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or diploma in Information ServicesMinimum of 1 year of hands-on ServiceNow experienceProven experience working with end users, support teams, and business leaders to deliver customer-focused solutionsStrong responsiveness in managing user inquiries, incidents, and requests with clear, timely communicationConsistent achievement or exceedance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through effective prioritizationWorking knowledge of ServiceNow best practicesSolid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, features, and upcoming functionalityHighly motivated, analytical, and self-starting individual capable of resolving complex business and technical problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAssets include full-stack web development experience, ITIL/Service Management knowledge, and a strong interest in ServiceNow administration and developmentWorking Conditions:
Hybrid role with in-office attendance 1 day per week and the flexibility of coming into the office as business needs requireCompensation
$52,800.00 - $72,600.00This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
