Junior Service Engineer

+ Under minimal supervision, complete troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated FMC equipment.
+ Effectively communicate and partner with teammates and colleagues
+ Maintain regular, frequent communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
+ Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records on time.
+ Complete on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction as needed.
+ May include application training of clinical or hospital staff on designated equipment.
+ A service report must be completed for all equipment related service tasks, such as installation, modification, upgrade, repair, and maintenance services.
+ Troubleshooting support by telephone and e-mail.
+ Ability to work in a team, set priorities and meet deadlines
