We are looking for a Junior and Senior Financial Specialist (m/f) to join our team based in Bratislava. As a member of our team, you’ll collaborate on various local and international projects alongside team members of business and financial backgrounds.  

What will be Your role? 

Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting:  

Gather and analyze financial data from various sources including databases, market reports, and financial statements,  

Monitor financial trends, economic indicators, and industry developments,  

Prepare detailed financial reports,  

Develop presentations and reports for clients / stakeholders.  

Forecasting & Modeling:  

Build financial scenarios models to predict future business performance,  

Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts of various strategies or market conditions.  

Collaboration:  

Work with cross-functional teams,  

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders.  

   

What are we looking for in You?  

If you’re fresh graduate or junior:  

Appetite to play and evolve with numbers,  

Basic financial modelling skills in Microsoft Excel,  

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, being flexible and organized,  

Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and native fluency in Slovak,  

independence, responsibility, precision,  

flexibility, willingness to learn new things, attention to detail.  

Senior candidates:  

At least 3 years of experience in accounting  

Strong financial modelling skills in Microsoft Excel  

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, being flexible and organised  

Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and native fluency in Slovak

Salary: From 1500 EUR/gross/monthly
(For candidates with many years of experience, the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority.)
