As the team scales, they need a Junior Salesforce Administrator to manage core configuration, user support, and basic automation so business users can work efficiently. This role ensures the CRM remains reliable, well-documented, and aligned to the needs of sales, marketing, and operations.

The Impact you’ll makeAdministration & Configuration\nManage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access settings\nMaintain objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts\nBuild and support basic automation with Flow and/or Process Builder\n
Data Management & Reporting\nExecute data imports/exports and assist with deduplication and data hygiene\nCreate and maintain reports and dashboards used to track key operational metrics\nMonitor data quality and surface discrepancies or improvement opportunities\n\n
Customization & Support\n\nAssist with integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Slack) and basic troubleshooting\nTriage and resolve user-reported issues; escalate complex items as needed\nDocument configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures\n\n
Collaboration & Enablement\n\nPartner with sales, marketing, and operations to understand requirements\nTranslate user needs into simple, scalable Salesforce solutions\nCreate guides, how-tos, and training materials; provide user support\n\n
Governance & Reliability\n\nFollow change management and testing practices to prevent production issues\nHelp maintain security, permissioning, and compliance best practices\nContribute to a predictable release cadence for enhancements and fixes\n
