Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Support Specialist - Configuration and Quotation located in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

Prepare and maintain accurate quotations compliance with company pricing policies and approval guidelines.Review customer requirements and translate them into suitable product solutionsSupport the sales team with documentation, pricing tools, and approval processesMonitor and follow up on quotation status to ensure timely responses to customersCoordinate with procurement and logistics to confirm product availability and lead times

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Minimum: high school education (prefered technical)Working knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Communicative knowledge of English and Polish (spoken and written)Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
