Other duties may be assigned. * Learn sale process under supervision of licensed Sales Representative * Learn features and benefits of models/homes/home sites * Greet and qualify visitors * Demonstrate models/home/home sites * Overcome sales objections, close for the sale * Document the transaction * Track progress of loan, options and construction * Respond to customer request for information * Document any cancellations * Maintenance all lot files/sales files * Monitor models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc. * Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members * Execute policies to ensure compliance with the quality standards * Attend sales meetings as needed * Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company *Education and/or Experience* * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * 2 years related experience * Must have and maintain a valid Nebraska real estate license * Superb interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills * Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime * Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop * Proficiency with MS Office and email * Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds * * *Preferred Qualifications* * Prior CRM software experience a plus * Previous sales experience, knowledge of industry preferred * Strongly motivated Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
