Job Description

We’re hiring a Junior Sales Executive (2+ years experience) to drive lead generation and new customer acquisition for Bosch partner IoT products and solutions (devices + platform + services). You’ll focus on approaching new customers, opening doors, qualifying needs, and supporting the sales manager to move opportunities toward closure across sectors like logistics, ports, customs, transportation, and enterprise.

What you’ll do

Identify target accounts and approach new customers through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and field visitsBook and lead initial meetings to understand customer needs and qualify opportunitiesPresent the solution value proposition and support product demos with the teamFollow up consistently with prospects and stakeholders to progress opportunitiesSupport pilots/PoCs coordination with operations to help convert trials into dealsAssist in preparing commercial offers (pricing packages, quotations) and handle customer questionsAttend client meetings, events, and site visits to build relationships and generate opportunities

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

2+ years experience in B2B sales / business development (tech/IoT is a strong plus)Strong lead generation skills and confidence in cold outreach and objection handlingClear communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentEnglish required (Arabic is a plus); willingness to travel as needed

Nice to have

Experience selling into logistics, ports, customs, transportation, or industrial/enterprise accountsFamiliarity with IoT basics (connectivity, sensors, tracking, dashboards)
