The Role

As Junior Risk and Compliance Manager, you'll be instrumental in supporting the wider Risk, Compliance and Quality team in ensuring our framework and operating model is fit for purpose. This exciting role reports directly into the Risk, Compliance and Quality Director for Property Management (PM) within JLL, offering exceptional exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.

You'll be joining a versatile and dynamic team who are the guardians of excellence within PM, responsible for ensuring we operate to the highest standards possible while delivering industry-leading management of our clients' assets. Our team serves as a Centre of Excellence, fostering strong collaborative relationships across all PM service lines and driving continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

We're looking for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at prioritising multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be naturally inquisitive, comfortable challenging the status quo, and passionate about identifying opportunities to enhance and elevate standards across the business.

In this role, you'll create meaningful purpose and impact by influencing senior management on critical areas for improvement while inspiring and coaching colleagues within business to achieve and maintain exceptional quality and consistency. Embrace the variety – no two weeks are alike in this role, which we consider a significant advantage. The diverse challenges and opportunities will keep you engaged, continuously learning, and developing new skills across multiple disciplines. From regulatory compliance and risk assessment to process innovation and stakeholder management, you'll gain invaluable experience that accelerates your professional growth.

While experience in the real estate sector is beneficial, we're equally interested in candidates who bring fresh perspectives from other industries. What matters most is your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and passion for operational excellence.
