Job Summary

For our site in Łódź, we are looking for a new Junior Purchasing Specialist colleague

Summary:

This role will be coordinating activities involved with procuring direct materials, components and equipment.

What a typical day looks like:

Daily cooperation with international suppliers and clients (emails/calls).Inserting the orders into ERP system, providing them to the vendors and gathering all required confirmation for the orders.Monitoring supplier’s performance.Updating the system with information received from suppliers (eg. delivery dates, price update and quantity changes).Daily cooperation with planning team located in UK.Cooperation with other teams: inbounding, customer care, accounting department.Creating daily/weekly/monthly reports depending on a need and client’s requests.Navigating and solving daily procurement issues, such as components changes, phased out process, new part ordering issues.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Good command of English + Polish languageStrong MS Office (especially MS Excel) skillsGood eye for detail to ensure data accuracy.Intermediate level verbal and written communication skills in English.Creative, team player, innovative mind mixed with analytical thinking.Eligible to work in Poland (EU).
