A boutique real estate investment firm in Chicago is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a commercial property. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction while working closely with senior leadership.

What You'll Do

Lead day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional tenant serviceManage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contractsOversee rent collection, lease compliance, and tenant requestsCoordinate maintenance, inspections, and capital improvementsPartner with leadership on strategies to improve efficiency and control costs

What We're Looking For

2-3+ years of commercial property management experience requiredStrong financial and budgeting skills preferredProficiency with Yardi or similar softwareBachelor's degree preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities
