Job Description

As a (Junior) Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of retail and mobility projects for a global energy and mobility leader. This includes a variety of sites and formats, from EV charging stations and retail shops to fuel-related facilities, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

You’ll work from our Leuven office as part of an international team delivering Project Management and Construction Management services (Leuven-based). You’ll gain hands-on exposure across all stages of the project lifecycle while ensuring HSSE excellence and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure projects are delivered safely and in full compliance with HSSE requirements.Take ownership of contract management and monitor internal/external KPIs.Support delivery of project scope in line with contractual requirements.Coordinate stakeholders including management, clients, designers, and contractors.Manage information and document control processes.Maintain and update risk registers, including mitigation actions.Review site works, measure quantities, and assess contractor performance.Evaluate and challenge cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and change orders.Present and hand over cost estimation reports to clients and contractors.Support in closing final accounts with contractors.Provide regular updates and reporting to the Operations Manager.

QualificationsFluent in Dutch and English.Strong team player with excellent communication skills.Technical background in construction; knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing is a plus.Willingness to travel to sites as required.
