Junior Project Manager (Electrical Protections)

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Electrification & Automation area.

Your Challenge

As a Junior Project Manager, your mission is to manage multiple small projects, ensuring deliverables meet scope and budget requirements. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure project compatibility and serve as the point of contact for project organization and timelines, while reporting project status to both customers and internal management.

Manage small projects within a global business unit (SI Electrification & Automation), dealing specifically with supplies of protection & controls systems and/or SCADA following all the project steps: from order opening through project timeline definition, until complete delivery of products/services object of the order; Active Managing & Controlling the projects in terms of time, costs, quality, risks, change requests, and claims in compliance with external laws and regulations (e.g. product safety, environmental protection), internal regulations (e.g. signature authorizations, project decisions and agreements with customer within Limits of Authorities) and agreed Customer processes; Report to the management as needed; Build, maintain and complete comprehensive project documentation.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

Proven experience in project management within the electro technical sector. Strong focus on achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction, with a proactive and collaborative team attitude. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience. Willingness to travel to Siemens and third-party factories to assist with factory acceptance tests. Passion for continuous growth and development. Respect for and appreciation of individual uniqueness, with a willingness to co-create and share knowledge. Proficiency in both English and Italian. Eligibility to work in Italy.
