Managing International Contracts to achieve Yearly Unit Budget results.Meeting customers’ priorities in terms of time schedule with customer technically compliant within budget target costsManaging the assigned customer Contracts and Purchase Orders & defined priorities within your project teamManaging customers strategies in international business and able to fix and build a strong problem-solving approachRoles and Responsibilities:
Analysis of customer contracts/purchase orders to define Products/Solutions for HV products with the support of Engineer & R&D team: Ability to manage and fix priorities within own team. Knowledge in HV substations.Ensure Complaint to the technical contract specifications in accordance with technical specification.Identify Risk & Opportunity.Managing & Implementation of the Return of Experience (ROE).Ensure contract execution in accordance with commercial and execution strategies, meeting Yearly Order Unit Targets.Ensure technical compliance to contract or agree different solutions when need it with right costs and prices upgrade.Be site reference for customer visit during final acceptance test.Ensure the respect of technical and commercial contracts requirements within time schedule to serve properly customer’s needs.To maintain a continues follow up within unit management and customers’ requirements to grant customers satisfactions within right timing.Support the Sales team in commercial or technical meetings/negotiations with worldwide customers.Project Process Compliance:
Ensure the project management execution and maintain compliance to Vernova Ethics and compliance doing internal business (inclusive risk assessments)Ensure conducting different projects meeting follow up to review internally with stakeholders for having proper validations of risks and agreed properly recovering planConduct Transfer Meeting when necessary within ITO team to identify possible risk not levered in tender phaseBe innovative to share new ideas to improve process to grant a lean approach a right level of quality performancesReview actual costs vs budget and if necessary to a fix a recover planReview and monitors customers contract milenstones: payments in due time, approval of documents, availability to receive material in the planned timeContract is the rule of the game and identify new requirement to launch claim process to recoverTo coordinate transportation quotation to have right costs and delivery in due timeResponsible for ensuring correct costing to drive properly sourcing strategy inside of own contracts & time executionAble to use internal tools that interconnect all the different unit deparmentsRisk&Opportunities analysis to Challenge product/solution costs to have right strategy to build win win negotiationBe innovative in: products, strategies, negotiation, tools and processesPerformance indicator:

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with a professional experience of 3-5 years.Relevant experience in contracts, technical-commercial demands and SAP system knowlegement it will be considered a plus.Strong technical and intellectual adaptability in order to know the products and assimilate the costing processesKnowledge of the business sector.Computer skills.Fluency in Italian & English.Analytical and synthetic mindset.Sense of service, deadlines and results with high autonomy level.Active Listening skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills and have a team approach.Perseverance and resilience.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
