Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact for coordinating commercial quotations and managing project materials from takeoff to delivery. You’ll work closely with contractors, engineers, and internal teams to interpret technical specifications, prepare accurate quotes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction or a related trade who enjoys solving problems, communicating with diverse stakeholders, and taking ownership of their work.

What You Will Be Doing

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.

Generate accurate quotations and submittal packages using takeoff software.

Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors and customers.

Manage project orders to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.

Act as a liaison between internal teams and external contractors.

Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, material returns, and customer concerns.

Assist with counter sales, phone inquiries, or job site visits as needed.

Contribute to internal project meetings and share insights for continuous improvement.

Who You Are

College or university education (construction or engineering-related fields preferred).

Minimum 1 year of related experience in construction, project coordination, or quoting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong math, organizational, and communication skills.

A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to interpret technical documents and suggest appropriate product solutions.

Valid driver’s license preferred (for occasional job site visits).
