Junior Project Manager, Primary Market Research

Job Overview
Provide support and assistance to project leads and teams with minimal supervision in the process of conducting primary market research projects.
Support all project-related activities for assigned PMR projects in accordance with local/global SOPs, policies and practices.

 
Essential Functions
• Support smooth primary market research projects by handling contract management, processing internal/external financial documents, and managing training process including SOPs, pharmacovigilance (PV), and client-oriented trainings.
• Manage the set up and maintenance of all project documentation files and records according to the scope of work and SOPs.
• Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans with project specific information.
• Coordinate with other project support staff within and across the organization to identify and consolidate support processes.
• Act as the primary backup contact for internal project teams and external stakeholders as designated by the project manager.
• Provide support for syndicated offerings (Rx trackers/ Oncology Dynamics) during peak periods.
• Primarily lead inbound fieldwork-only projects, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
 
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; experience in PMR agencies or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Experience in administrative or project support roles is preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to time management skills. 
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
