The Junior Production Engineer at Radiometer supports daily production by solving issues, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. A key part of the role is analysing data and implementing countermeasures to reduce scrap and improve production performance.
This position is part of the Manufacturing / Process Engineering Department located at RSTA (Piłsudskiego) and is on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare by enabling fast, reliable, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will join the VS Sensors Production Team and report to the Senior Manager, Electrodes & KitPak, who leads an engineering team focused on ensuring production continuity, introducing new processes, and optimizing existing ones.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Troubleshoot process and material-related production issues
Support continuous improvement of production processes, including the creation and updating of documentation and risk analyses
Prepare and maintain process documentation used in day-to-day production
Collaborate with engineers to improve processes and coordinate testing of new or modified products and components
Work with validation engineers to support the validation of machines, products, and processes
The essential requirements of the role include:
Higher education, preferably in production engineering, quality management, or a related field
Experience working within a Quality Management System
Basic knowledge and experience in project management
Strong commitment and ownership of assigned tasks
Communicative level of English
Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar production/engineering role is a plus
