Please make sure to apply with your personal email address. **About the job** _As_ **_Junior Product Manager_** **_VIE_** _within our General Medicines team, you’ll shape the management of people at risk of developing/or with T1 diabetes and be primarily responsible to co-build and adapt the Glocal brand strategy to Brazil context for a first-in-class therapy in Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes._ _Join the team transforming how healthcare is delivered for chronic and specialty conditions worldwide. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives._ **Main responsibilities:** + Implement the Global brand strategy (Integrated Growth Plan), providing insights on local ecosystem, trends and care pathways (e.g., treatment landscape, T1D awareness level, main prescribers and referrers along the patient pathway, etc.) to inform the strategic development process and adapting it to the local context. + Adapting brand positioning to country specificities, to maximize customer relevancy and brand value at country level. + Developing, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, a local multi-factorial stakeholder engagement strategy for a broad stakeholder ecosystem (incl. HCPs, KOLs, DOLs, PAGs, governments, payers, think tanks, scientific societies, etc.) by understanding how they impact each other and ensuring engagement is tailored to stakeholders’ level of maturity regarding the T1D paradigm transformation. + Building on global framework, defining the local customer segmentation incl. prioritization. + Building on global framework, localizing ‘personas’ in priority segment(s) with a deep understanding of their preferences to ensure optimal customization of engagement content at country level. + Localizing global content and messaging (when appropriate) leveraging multiple data sources and innovative value story techniques to ensure a compelling value narrative is available at country level and is tailored to the different segments of customers based on local go-to-market model. + Sharing compelling narrative across multiple engagement platforms to educate a broad range of stakeholders at country level and shift the paradigm of Type 1 Diabetes. + Leveraging sophisticated data and analytical capabilities to identify and prioritize the most attractive growth opportunities at country level. + Developing adequate tactics from the strategy to develop core initiatives for the brand & indication(s) and to implement them consistently and measurably. + Tracking KPI’s and metrics to measure commercial performance. + Defining and executing commercial pre-launch activities in collaboration with cross-functional launch team and the country Launch lead (e.g., Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs). + Localize global positioning and unbranded value narrative for Brazil. + Build a 360° paid/owned/earned media plan targeting medical societies, specialist channels and at-risk populations. + Launch event and Coordinate congress presence (SBEM, SBD, ISPAD LatAm), KOL webinars and society partnerships. + Co-own omnichannel campaigns (social, programmatic, WhatsApp bot) and train 20 accredited digital influencers. + Drive internal awareness (town-halls, newsletters) and support sales-force training with promotional materials. + Track KPIs, derive insights and recommend optimisation actions. **About you** **Experience:** + Previous experience in launching a new product or service to the market is desired. + Experience in Commercial / Marketing roles and/or Specialty / Rare disease / Type 1 Diabetes would be a plus. **Soft and technical skills:** + Growth-focused and executional mindset, self-driven, results-oriented with ambition for optimal results. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders, build and cultivate strong working relationships. + Be agile, demonstrate creativity, be a strong team player. + Capability to deal with a vast number of information and prioritize according to business relevance. + Brand management capabilities, including driving local brand positioning. + Strong analytical capabilities, including forecasting. + Ability to take data-driven decisions on priority segments and initiatives for growth (based on customer needs)​. + Driver and curious to learn new initiatives in digital pharma marketing excellence. **Education:** + Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or a related field. **Languages:** + Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Portuguese both written and verbal. **Why choose us?** + Be part of a pioneering biopharma company where patient insights shape drug development. + Work at the forefront of AI-powered science that accelerates discovery and improves outcomes. + Collaborate beyond your expertise, sparking new ideas with diverse, multidisciplinary teams. + Help shape the future of care for chronic and complex conditions like aT1D, Type 2 diabetes, transplant, and cardiovascular disease. + Drive meaningful impact at global scale: our medicines reach more than 100 million people each year. + Be part of a simpler, digital- and AI-powered business that’s rethinking how we work and engage with the world. iMove is a unique program tailored for European youth interested in challenging themselves with meaningful assignments across the globe.
