Junior Power Platform developer

Job Description & Summary

For those who power what’s next. Not for everyone.

We’re for those who think holistically—who are curious about how a business truly works and energized by the chance to shape it from the inside. This is a place where operations meet strategy, and where smart decisions ripple across the entire organization.

We’re for those who learn by doing—who thrive in connected environments, contribute with purpose, and take ownership of making things run better every day. If you’re ready to collaborate across departments, make an impact from day one, and grow at the core of PwC, this is your next move.

Solve what others can’t. Grow as much as you dare. Belong in your own way.

We’re looking for graduates or early-stage professionals to join our Internal Firm Services (IFS) Transformation Office team. You’ll work within one of PwC’s key internal functions, enabling performance, driving efficiency, and supporting the systems and people that keep everything moving.

SOLVE WHAT OTHERS CAN’T.
We’re working for something bigger than ourselves. You’ll be proud to be part of it. Your job description:

Via a mixture of on-the-job training, focused skills development and formalized training, you will accumulate and apply knowledge on Power Platform tools (such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and business analysis techniques.

You will actively participate in meetings to understand the business requirements and you will utilize problem-solving skills to identify client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.

You will support the analysis of the current processes and future needs, the creation and evaluation of user stories and the implementation planning and respective documentation.

You will support the interpretation of functional requirements and user stories into technical designs for end-to-end web solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.

You will be part of the team that will build low-code web-based applications and components, using Power Apps (model driven and canvas) combined with other Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power BI to provide an integrated end-to-end user experience.

You will install and configure data gateways and implement solutions using multiple data sources (e.g.: SharePoint, Office 360, Dataverse).

You will communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to internal customers, team leads, and team members.

You will ascertain the flawless operation of the application by participating in the UAT (e.g.: review user experience, process flow integrations, power automation integrations), identifying potential issues and debugging or implementing new functionalities.

You will take responsibility for the application maintenance and will assist in the practical operation of processes, where needed.

You will take part in the development of detailed, structured, transparent and complete documentation deliverables (e.g. business requirements, implementation plans, end user guides & manuals etc.) with the guidance of the senior members of the team.

GROW AS MUCH AS YOU DARE.
