The opportunity

Understand demand and allocate the firm’s Audit resources efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Ensuring early engagement in the engagement planning process to drive a positive employee experience through alignment of people capabilities to project needs creating positive business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities 

Keep the planning tool up to date Identify planning conflicts and propose adequate solutions. Support the integration and orientation of new hires through the construction of their planning. Review and approve vacation requests according to planning constraints and general guidelines. Ensure efficient utilization of the auditor’s time. Acting as back-up for other Planning team members.

Skills and attributes for success 

You hold a bachelor’s degree in business operations or similar. You are process oriented, a logical thinker, have an eye for details and enjoy solving riddles. You are dependable, well organized and flexible. You feel comfortable taking decisions and prioritizing effectively. You possess excellent communication skills. You are a positive thinker and a team player. You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) You are fluent in English. Prior internship or experience in planning or project management is a plus.
