People Operations & HR Support
First point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries (leaves, health insurance, etc.) Support with onboarding and offboarding procedures Scheduling doctor appointments for health surveillance (medicina del lavoro) Coordination of employee attendance and tracking Monthly collaboration with payroll provider (data collection, draft review, approvals; INAIL, ENPALS) Management of recruitment processes (posting ads, coordinating with universities, interview scheduling) Preparation of employment documentation: contracts, amendments, letters Coordination of workplace health & safety initiatives and communication with H&S consultant Support with mandatory surveys (ISTAT, etc.)Administrative & Office Tasks
Daily monitoring and handling of the legal PEC inbox Administrative support to the Managing Director (filing, follow-up, documentation) Coordination with service providers (mobile phones, office supplies, travel tools) Interaction with tax/labor consultants as needed for HR-related matters Data entry and archiving of HR documentationYour Profile Previous experience in administrative and/or HR support roles (internships or junior positions included) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Comfortable using MS Office tools and digital admin platforms Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Fluent Italian, good English (B2 or above) About us
