IQVIA has a great opportunity for a Junior Nurse Program Coordinator to join our growing Patient Support Programs team. This role is well suited to junior Registered Nurses who bring experience in healthcare administration or coordination and are looking to step into a role focused on program delivery and operational support.
About the Role
As a Junior Program Coordinator, you will support the delivery and coordination of a range of Patient Support Programs across therapeutic areas including cancer, psoriasis, diabetes, and other chronic conditions.
You will play a key role in ensuring programs run smoothly by providing operational, administrative, and coordination support to both internal teams and external healthcare professionals. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
Respond professionally to incoming phone calls and emails relating to patient support programs
Support patient enrolments and assist with program onboarding activities
Coordinate scheduling and allocation of in‑field nursing staff where required
Process timesheets and assist with operational tracking and logistics
Maintain accurate databases, tracking systems, and program documentation
Prepare and run regular reports for program sponsors and internal stakeholders
Provide general administrative support to Program Managers across multiple programs
Assist with compliance, governance, and program set‑up activities
Some programs involve clinically complex therapies or procedures. Where required, Junior Registered Nurses within the team may provide clinical input or support under established governance frameworks. No direct patient care or medication administration is required for this role.
All successful candidates will receive comprehensive onboarding and program‑specific training to ensure confidence working within this specialised area of healthcare services. You will work closely with Program Managers and experienced colleagues in a supportive, collaborative environment.
