It is a hub of global importance for the company, providing end-to-end IT services, including network management, server systems operations, maintenance and monitoring of computer hardware and software covering some of the biggest world markets. The Client Innovation Center in Sofia, Bulgaria is building a trans-disciplinary team of network support specialists tasked with supporting our clients in any country worldwide **Your role and responsibilities** Join our TLS Center and become a key player in solving real-world customer network challenges using Cisco technologies. We are looking for motivated team members to support following technologies: * AAA * Firewall * Routing & Switching * Email Security Appliance You will work with global teams, grow your expertise, and make a direct impact on customer success. Note: This role requires working on US shifts.
