Our mission is to increase the number of patients treated in stroke-ready hospitals and to optimize the quality of treatment in all existing stroke centers. We are building a global community of stroke centers and stroke-ready hospitals, working every day to improve the quality of treatment for every stroke patient. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** As a Junior MSL, you will: + Increase efficiency in the management of stroke patients, + support hospitals, EMS, and healthcare professionals with continuous training and organizational tools, + promote new diagnostic and treatment guidelines to hospitals as an expert Therapeutic Consultant, + promote quality monitoring programs to ensure consistent performance of hospitals and EMS, + extend the reach of the project to new hospitals, + lead multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement, + improve therapeutic protocols in major hospitals. **REQUIRED SKILLS:** + Strong scientific background – ideally PhD in Neuroscience, + high motivation with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, + fluency in English and Bulgarian, + flexible, solution-oriented with problem-solving skills, + accountability and ownership, + resilient and able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments, + experience in the healthcare environment, including work with healthcare organizations and healthcare professionals, + actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and outcomes, + valid Kenyan driving license; experienced driver, + availability to travel up to 70% of the time, + eligibility to work full time in Bulgaria. **\#LI-CES** **\#LI-VK1** IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
