**Minimum Educational Qualification:** Minimum of a degree in Science or Nutrition with relevant knowledge or any other similar function.
**Minimum Relevant work experience:** Minimum of 2 years and above working experience, ideally in Nutrition or any science-related field.

Nestlé Angola is currently looking for a **Junior Medical Delegate** who will provide scientific information to healthcare professionals about Nestlé’s Infant Nutrition products in the assigned territory and will also manage the following:
• Establish and strengthen relationships and partnerships with medical and paramedical contacts and institutions through effective scientific communication.
• Ensure compliance with the provisions of the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, avoiding direct contact with mothers. Recognizes the importance of promoting and protecting breastfeeding for the health of the infant. The employee is expected to periodically update knowledge of the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, the guidelines for marketing breast-milk substitutes, and Nestlé's related policy.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**
•Be a trusted source of scientific information about IN products.
•Seek and establish strategic relationships with key contacts and KOLs to facilitate business development.
•Identify the needs of HCPs in a specific territory and ensure optimal service levels.
•Recommend scientific activities to potential contacts.
**SITUATION MANAGEMENT / PROBLEM SOLVING**
•Identify problems that compromise performance in the territory and present solutions
•Monitor progress made and the ability to change strategies to achieve objectives
•Help in the implementation of the WHO Management System
**TERRITORY MANAGEMENT**
•Maintain an up-to-date master list, monitoring the frequency of agreed calls to ensure efficient coverage.
•Plan and execute coverage through a regularly updated call cycle, keeping it detailed.
•Perform periodic business checks to ensure code compliance.
**PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
•Reports/records.
•Time management.
•Handling company assets.
•Personal interest in self-development.
•Show a positive attitude towards work, the company, colleagues, superiors and contacts.
**WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?**
+ Minimum of a degree in science with relevant knowledge or any other similar function.
+ Minimum of 2 years and above working experience in a science-related field.
+ Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation).
+ Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, planning & organization skills.
+ Proficiency with English and Portuguese Languages.
