Job Description
As a Junior Low Voltage MCC Application Engineer, you will begin your journey by supporting globally distributed Application Engineers and gaining a solid understanding of the Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) execution cycle. You will work collaboratively with various functions—including Manufacturing, Scheduling, and Engineering—throughout project execution.
In this role, you will develop the experience required for more senior engineering responsibilities, including designing Low Voltage Motor Control Center (MCC) solutions based on Rockwell Automation products such as AC drives, circuit breakers, overload relays, contactors, and a variety of control components.
You will report to the Low Voltage Engineering Manager. This position operates in a hybrid model, with two days of remote work and three days onsite at the Katowice factory.
Your Responsibilities:Provide support to globally and locally located Application Engineers for orders manufactured in Katowice.Collaborate effectively with Application Engineers, the Project Scheduling team, the Purchasing team, and Manufacturing.Work as a Junior Application Engineer on engineering MCC orders of low to medium complexity.Perform design and configuration tasks, including preparing bills of materials, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and enhance the effectiveness of cross‑functional collaboration.The Essentials - You Will Have:Engineering degree (Electrical or Automation preferred).1–2 years of experience in the electrical or automation field.Good understanding of electrical circuit engineering.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Basic English.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Knowledge of motor control centers and automation.Experience working in a manufacturing environment.What We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
