Job Description
As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the assembly of medium-voltage frequency converters and low-voltage switchgears. You will join a dynamic manufacturing engineering team and report to the Manufacturing Manager. This is an onsite role based in Katowice, Poland.
Your ResponsibilitiesProvide engineering support for the assembly of electrical cabinets and switchgears.Create and update process and technical documentation.Analyze production efficiency and balance assembly processes.Conduct time studies and update workstation operation times.Actively participate in cost optimization initiatives and employee suggestions.Support technical development of the production line, including new product implementation.Manage layout planning and updates for workstations and auxiliary equipment.Operate SAP and FTPC systems for process engineering tasks.The Essentials – You Will HaveOngoing or completed technical university studies (preferred fields: electrical engineering, mechanics, production engineering).Ability to read electrical and mechanical technical drawings.Working proficiency in English (spoken and written).Familiarity with engineering methods and problem-solving approaches.Teamwork skills and eagerness to learn.The Preferred – You Might Also HaveInitial professional experience, e.g., internships in manufacturing or engineering.Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).Knowledge of AutoCAD.Familiarity with PFMEA, A3 methodology, and Lean principles.What We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
