Your Responsibilities:

Verification of incoming invoices, forwarding to the accounting department and controlPreparation and adaptation of (permanent) payment instructions for all rental properties in GermanyPreliminary review of rent adjustments (rent increases) in accordance with the lease agreementsPreliminary review of operating cost statements by comparing the billing items with the provisions of the rental agreements and the previous year's statementsAccount clarification with accounting in case of discrepanciesPaper and digital tenant file managementData management in the company's own lease management system for monitoring the deadlines of current leases (e.g. on the expiry of the fixed lease term, exercising the options to extend the lease or issuing notices of termination, etc.)

Your Profile:

Completed commercial/vocational training (no additional professional experience required)Basic business and economic understandingStrong affinity for numbersStructured and organized working styleStrong communication skillsBasic knowledge of accounting processes is an advantageFluent German and English (written and spoken)
