Responsibilities:
Assist Maintenance Manager in achieving Maintenance Department’s main KPIs: Equipment Uptime and Cost.
Manage maintenance work orders in CMMS created by Operation teams and Maintenance team. Manage inventories: Routine inspection on the current stock and update CMMS system. Involved in Purchasing of parts. Manage PM plan: Create and maintain PM plan in CMMS based on downtime trend and execute PM work orders according to the plan. Involved in equipment performance meetings and improvement projects.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any engineering field At least 5 years of working experience in Equipment Maintenance, preferable in glove manufacturing environment. Able to work in rotating shift, if required. Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh
