They're now looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join their close-knit, highly supportive in-house legal team. This is a rare chance to step into a broad, business-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll work directly with senior lawyers and stakeholders across the business, taking on a mix of: · Litigation: managing disputes from small claims through to more complex matters. · Commercial contracts: drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements. · Business-critical projects: supporting strategic initiatives, advising on ad-hoc legal and compliance issues, and contributing to cross-functional projects. You'll be mentored by experienced senior lawyers who are invested in developing your skills and helping you grow your in-house legal career in a fast-paced, flat-structured environment. About you · Flexible on PQE and qualification - this could suit an NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive, Barrister or experienced Paralegal. · Some exposure to litigation or commercial contracts is helpful, but not essential. · A practical, proactive approach and desire to learn in a varied in-house role.
