**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking a Junior IT Specialist to support the TSS contract. The applicant should demonstrate fundamental knowledge with secure MS Windows server and desktop system configurations, system administration and demonstrate fundamental knowledge with various IA-enabled applications. Additional duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Ability to clearly communicate succinctly in oral written and oral presentations + Experience with MS Windows 10 or newer + MS Server 2012 or newer + WSUS + SIEM products + Visualization software + MS SQL database + DISA STIGS + Solar Winds + ACAS/Nessus + PKI + Storage area networks + Backup/restore solutions + DNS **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Experience, & Skills : A Bachelor s of Science (BS) or Arts (BA) degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline and one (1-2) years of experience. Or Associate's of Science (BS) or Arts (BA) degree in Computer Studies or related discipline with CompTia Security certification and one (1-2) years of experience Security clearance requirements: This position requires the successful candidate to be able to obtain a Secret level clearance. The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements. You must be a US citizen to obtain a security clearance. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
