This role provides structured training and serves as an ideal entry point into IT for candidates with minimal experience. This role also support Operation and maintenance of application-development platforms—including Earth Platform, Lenovo MicroService Platform (LMP), and DevOps Platform—as well as xCloud service platforms such as xCloud Service Console and Automation Working Platform (AWP). Responsibilities cover service-request handling, daily inspections, alert and monitoring triage, incident resolution, change management, configuration management, and service reporting. Receive work orders, e-mails, or instant messages from IT users, BU users, the monitoring center, and Level 2 teams; respond via e-mail or message, create tickets, and manage the full ticket life cycle—response, update, escalation, and closure. **Core Responsibilities** 1. Desktop Support o Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for employee devices (PCs/printers/video conferencing) o Deploy OS and office software (Windows/macOS/Office) o Manage user accounts and permissions (basic AD operations) 2. System Monitoring o Perform basic status checks for servers/network devices (CPU/memory/disk) o Document monitoring alerts and escalate anomalies o Maintain IT asset inventory (devices/IPs/software licenses) 3. Operational Assistance o Support engineers in patch deployment and backup operations o Organize technical documentation and knowledge base (SOPs/FAQs) o Manage IT consumables stock (cables/adapters/accessories) 4.
