Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Junior Invoicing Specialist located in Łódź, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

Assisting in the process of creating invoices/ credit notes for the sale of goods and servicesIssuing domestic/foreign invoicesRecording of invoices for the sale of goods and servicesPreparing sales reportsDaily cash flow reportParticipation in monthly reporting of financial results to the corporationOverall accounting support

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Education: preferably in the field of Finance, AccountingAt least 1-2 years of relevant experienceCommunicating in English and Polish is a mustKnowledge of Ms OfficeA good knowledge of ExcelCreative, team player, innovative mind mixed with analytical thinking and attention to detail
