YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, business intelligence, or a related field that fires you up.
Bonus points if you hold (or are pursuing) a CPA or CIA designation.
Around 2 years of hands-on experience in auditing, process optimization, quality control, operations, accounting, or business analysis—you’ve been in the action and know how to make things better.
Strong grasp of auditing/accounting principles, business processes, and how organizations tick.
Comfortable navigating management systems and tech terminology - you get how systems support business goals.
Familiarity with risk management and control frameworks - you know where the cracks could form.
Sharp eye for details and a nose for fraud red flags - you spot what others miss.
Data-savvy: you can analyze, interpret, and translate complex information into actionable insights.
A natural problem solver who stays calm and resourceful when things get messy.
Tech-fluent: you're skilled in Excel, audit tools, and other business software that keeps your work sharp and organized.
A confident communicator, both written and spoken - you present ideas clearly and listen actively.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and builds strong relationships across the board.
