Job Description:
DXC Technology is seeking an ambitious Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and translating business requirements into specifications, ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions.
Our partner provides multiple building blocks (Access Management, User Management, OAuth, Certificate Management, Datapower, Key Management, PAMaaS, and LogaaS) to its clients. The Business Analyst will identify the client’s needs and requirements and translate these into technical requirements and integration documentation. Main Building Blocks:

The analyst will join a team that strongly adheres to agile principles, including a sprint-based approach, onboarding meetings, intake discussions, dossier preparation, T&I construction and testing, planning meetings, and PRD construction.
1-2 days per week of working from the office.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding: Set up and participate in intake discussions, analyze information, architecture, and technical requirements, and explain the operation and requirements of the available integration protocols.
Onboarding Document Creation: Translate functional requirements into technical requirements within the onboarding document for validation and integration documentation.
Technical Requirements: Work out the technical requirements of client applications as they pertain to integration, support the client during technical implementation, and collaborate with business analysts, architects, and software developers.
Validation: Validate the analysis with both the client and internal teams (ACM/DEVOPS) in preparation for technical implementation.
Role Models: Support clients in analyzing role models, configuring roles using the entitlement configurator, uploading roles, testing configurations in the test environment, and following up on internal administration.
Technical Plans: Develop technical plans based on standard integration patterns and translate them into technical specifications.
Point of Contact (SPOC): Act as the primary point of contact for:
Clients regarding onboarding of new requests and mapping functional and technical expectations.
ACM/DEVOPS teams for onboarding requests/projects.
User management support for incidents and client questions related to onboarding procedures.
IAM Projects: Work out technical requirements for user and access management projects with guidance from the Integration Architect.
Testing: Test implemented solutions in test environments.
Collaboration: Coordinate with integration architects, other architects, analysts, and developers as part of integration processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor/master’s degree or equal through experience
Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to apply agile principles and values
Knowledge of IAM, PKI core concepts, CyberArk (consultant), AWS (Cloud Practitioner and Security Specialty), and Azure is a major plus
Knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA is a bonus
