Junior HR Officer (Nationals Only)
Qualifications & Experience
Education:  Higher education
Years of Working Experience 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Languages:          English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent)

Other Skills/Capabilities/Certificates Required:
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation.
Knowledge of the purpose and content of HR management and development regulations, methodologies and glossaries.

Responsibilities:
Ensure administrative and contractual support in management, planning, scheduling and other HR requirements for local and expatriate personnel (seconded and non-seconded) according to the law, to the national and international labour agreements, trade union agreements, as well as company guidelines and procedures.
Provide HR reporting.
Support and assist resources and department managers in the correct administration of employee relations (working hours, contract rights, pay, etc.).
Support in optimization of the distribution of human resources, according to business development (HR Planning and Scheduling);
Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements.
