What you will do:
Effectively build strong partnerships with managers (from Global Business Center) to ensure HR resources are effectively provided to each groupImplement solutions that are aligned with global HR best practices and work on process automations and systems improvementsAnalyse and present data to managers and recommend solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategyMaintain constant and effective involvement in employee relations activitiesExecute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational cultureDeliver solutions that address issues of retention, change management and employee engagement, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriateDemonstrates working knowledge of the labour market and its relation to organizational successCoach and participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., engagement survey, performance reviews, bonus etc.)What you need:
4+ years of work experience required2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferredFluency in Polish and EnglishBachelor's degree required or equivalentExperience in multinational environment and complex organizationCapability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization and in multicultural organizationAnalytical skillset, ability to translate reports into insightsStrong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence and negotiation skillsTravel Percentage: None
