Engage & Listen: Understand consumer concerns with empathy and professionalism.Resolve Issues: Manage complaints efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions.Document & Improve: Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey.Follow Through: Ensure cases are resolved and consumers stay informed.Learn & Grow: Participate in training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.
