Job Summary: 
In this dynamic position, you'll be the right hand to our FP&A Leader in our thriving commercial HVAC business unit. Your mission? To champion finance analysis and planning like a pro, while orchestrating seamless financial processes and reporting. Dive deep into monthly closings, delivering top-notch performance analysis that fuels our business growth. You'll be the key player in shaping our forecasts and annual plans, bridging the gap between our Corporate (RTR) team, Corporate FP&A crew, and our local units. Get ready to make finance not only understandable but exciting for our business! 

Responsibilities:

Support corporate and regional users in the month end close:

o Ensures timely and accurate reporting of financial data in Onestream for all HVAC EMEA entities

o Perform data reconciliation and trouble shoot interface discrepancies

o Prepare/Update reporting tools to support monthly closing reviews and analysis

o Communication of internal (HVAC EMEA/ANZ) close calendar and deliverables, overseeing the overall close process to ensure smooth month close

Support Financial analysis through proper reporting and multiple variance analysis in P&L (Bridges), Balance Sheet (OCF / Working capital), Headcounts, Productivity tracking, versus Plan, Forecasts, and Prior Year.

Support improvement of the FP&A processes in order to streamline reporting and support the implementation of new financial systems. Faculty to propose Reports automation using Excel macro VBA or Tableau/Citrix. Provide training to broader finance community when required.

Support/Lead the quarterly Forecasting and annual Plan activities.

Closely review allocations process and costs (actuals, plan, forecast) with Corporate, FP&A team and local entities.

Provide financial support to the EMEA/ANZ Finance Leader and FP&A Leader with regular reporting needs or other ad-hoc requests. Business Partner with Functional Leaders (Service, Equipment, Engineering, HR), and Corporate functions (Tax, RTR,…).

Build Business Cases for New product development and to track the SBU key strategic programs

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting or Finance
Up to 3 years’ experience in general accounting or cost accounting
Knowledge of GAAP (Generally accepted accounting principles) or IFRS
High level of proficiency in MS Office products, Oracle or equivalent ERP/manufacturing application. Experience in OneStream and/or Tableau a plus
Fluent in English required
