At CSC, part of our largest business area Corporate and Legal Solutions (CLS), we support international corporations with their establishment and ongoing operations in Finland. We are now looking for a Junior Financial Account Manager to join our growing Helsinki team.

The Role
As a Junior Financial Account Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for your own portfolio of international clients. Working closely with colleagues in accounting, legal, payroll, and HR, you will act as a local expert for your clients on matters related to accounting and financial reporting.
Because our clients are exclusively international corporations, every case is unique, and solutions are tailored to each client’s needs. You will also collaborate with lawyers, auditors, and tax advisors—while they provide advice, you will ensure smooth implementation and ongoing administration of your clients’ Finnish entities throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice processing, reconciliations, and preparation of VAT returns Preparing financial statements, annual reports, and coordinating audits on behalf of clients Regular communication and collaboration with colleagues, clients, auditors, and external advisors Contributing to business growth by participating in commercial initiatives, internal projects, and continuous improvement effortsAbout You
You are ambitious, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong analytical skills. You enjoy working in an international setting, can handle a dynamic pace, and are both a team player and capable of working independently. You are eager to learn, structured in your approach, and motivated by the opportunity to grow in your role.
We also expect you to have:
A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken A basic understanding of Finnish GAAP Between 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships and trainee roles count) Previous experience in consulting or professional services is an advantageWhat We Offer
