The Opportunity:

CACI has established upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated Financial Specialist to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives. 

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Financial Analyst, Junior. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Reston, VA. 

Responsibilities:

Possesses and applies basic knowledge relative to DoD and Army financial processes, required analysis, and reporting requirements

Supports reporting contractor and subcontractor labor hours required for performance of services provided under this contract

Supports providing financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting, and decision-making and delivery of financial commitments

Prepares and submits Travel Authorization Request (TAR) and Request to Initiate Purchase (RIP) processes IAW with the AAS-approved process

Supports the development of annual operating plans and forecasts and supports monthly, quarterly, and annual updates

Supports development of accurate and timely monthly performance reports for MPLs and MP projects

Monitors progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met

Supports analysis of costs by MP and CLIN

Contributes to development and/or maintenance of deliverables, such as financial status and analysis for the Monthly Status Report (DEL 04), Trip Reports (DEL 06), and Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) Reconciliation (DEL 15) Possesses and applies basic knowledge on work assignments

Qualifications:

Required:

Active Secret Clearance

HS/Ged +0-3 years experience.

Exhibits basic understanding of financial processes preferably in DoD and Army environments, with emphasis on fundamental analysis and reporting requirements for government contracts.

Possesses foundational knowledge of cost management, forecasting, and financial controls for project support.

Exhibits proficiency in preparing basic financial reports, assisting with cost analysis by Mission Partner and CLIN, and contributing to performance reports for project leads.

Applies basic expertise in travel and procurement processes, adhering to approved Authorization Request and Request to Initiate Procurement procedures.

Showcases ability to work under close supervision on assigned tasks, supporting critical deliverables such as Monthly Status Reports.

Displays aptitude for learning and supporting financial planning, monitoring program requirements, and ensuring compliance with government and customer financial standards.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$55,600 - $111,100
