**Description** As a Junior Field Technician, you will work with our team of experienced field technicians and engineers to build custom designed equipment, install this equipment in advanced DoD facilities, and commission and trouble shoot the system to ensure proper function. + **What you’ll do as a Junior Field Technician** + Read electrical schematics + Read mechanical assembly and sub assembly drawings + Assemble and wire custom equipment + Test and verify equipment + Run conduit and pull wire + Terminate wire in the field + Work closely in a team setting with other technicians and engineers + **Requirements** + This is an entry level position + Must be able to obtain a security clearance + **Preferences** + Enrolled in an accredited university with a focus in science or engineering + Strong intrapersonal skills + Experience reading electrical schematics + Experience terminating electrical connections + Experience running conduit + Team mentality + **C** **ompany & Division Information** Test Technology Division is an exciting division headquarters in Albuquerque, NM. We are comprised of a diverse group of engineers, physicist, scientists, and technicians supporting a variety of test range activities including counter weapons of mass destruction, air launch weapon T&E, sub-launched weapon T&E, and much more.
