As a Field Service Technician, you ensure that kidney patients can undergo dialysis safely by maintaining and servicing our medical devices. These devices are used worldwide for the dialysis treatment of kidney patients, which is why they must be reliable, of the highest quality, and equipped with the latest innovations. In this role, you will be part of the Benelux organization, working closely with colleagues across the region to support our customers and ensure excellent service delivery.

Your Responsibilities: 

You ensure a high-quality service standard, taking into account compliance, our company processes, and established proceduresYou perform repairs, installations, maintenance activities, updates, upgrades, and modifications on our medical devices in hospitals and at patients’ homes in Belgium and LuxembourgYou assist in setting up network connections for our equipment within the hospital environmentYou work daytime shifts with occasional on-call duties in the evenings and weekendsYou ensure that your tools and calibration equipment are always compliant and up to standardYou start your workday from home and carry out your tasks on-site in Belgium and LuxembourgYou quickly and efficiently resolve technical ad hoc issuesFor each intervention, you prepare a service report based on the task performed (repair, installation, modification, maintenance, etc.) and ensure that the customer receives a copy

Your Profile: 

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or you have equivalent experienceEnglish, Dutch and French language fluency is requiredYou have strong technical insight and can navigate electronic and hydraulic diagrams and applicationsExperience as a Field Service Technician is an advantage. Experience in the healthcare industry is an additional plus, but not requiredYou are flexible and have a customer- and service-oriented mindsetYou are a self-starter and a team playerYou guarantee 100% quality in every situationYou are able to communicate effectively in both national languagesYou are trustworthy and have a strong sense of responsibility
