By coordinating with Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) and regional teams, Commercial Operations supports forecasting, execution, and performance management, helping ensure life-saving treatments are delivered to patients across the globe.
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded "Junior Expert Order management & Logistics" to manage end-to-end order fulfilment across multiple Export markets. This role supports forecasting, customer order execution, SAP SD processes, logistics coordination, documentation compliance, and cash-care activities, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality customer deliveries.
It is a collaborative, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environment, offering strong exposure to cross-functional and international operations, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction, process excellence, and continuous learning.
This role is full time, 40hrs a week, Sunday to Thursday 9am – 5pm with flexibility. Our office is based in Mivida Business Park, New Cairo, Egypt.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end order-to-cash activities across assigned Export marketsAssist in maintaining forecasting system data integrity and support the 18-month rolling forecast horizonEnsuring product availability and timely delivery in line with internal policies and medical device regulatory requirementsPrepare and process offers, sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentation in accordance with internal procedures/controls and country-specific regulationsCoordinate shipment planning with Corporate Supply Chain and Logistics teamsImplementation of efficient shipment documentation flows to enable smooth customer importation and cost efficiencySupport with profitability checks, supply feasibility reviews, incoterm selection, and payment method alignment during deal setupEnsure accurate pricing, cost, delivery, and process documentation until goods are received by customersVerification of import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with medical device, customs, and export control regulationsAssist in managing order issues such as shortages, incorrect deliveries, damages, and replacementsMonitoring of bundle deals and related deliveries in compliance with applicable accounting standardsComplete End-end management of global trade finance tools such as Letters of Credit (LC)Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related field0–3 years of experience in order management, supply chain operations, or customer operations, preferably within medical devices, pharma, or healthcareBasic to intermediate experience with SAP ERP, ideally SAP SDUnderstanding of import/export processes and regulated products is an advantageProficiency in MS Excel and general business systemsCalm under pressure with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Fluent in English; Additional language skills such as French or Spanish are advantageous.Our Offer for you:
