Junior Distribution Finance Analyst with German (fixed-term contract for 18 months)

In this role, you will support Distribution Finance Team by analysing sales data and calculating Bill-back compensation, communicate the calculation to divisions and distributors

What You Will Do:

Calculate basic Bill-back compensations based on gathered dataResolve simple First Pass Yield errorsResolve simple distributor complaintsMeet monthly SLAs and KPI requirementsDemonstrate basic understanding and knowledge of SAP Vistex softwareDemonstrate basic understanding and importance of Bill-back processes and SOx controls, being able to support and resolve issues at team levelAct proactively at team levelProcess all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility, including SOP/controls documentationSuggest procedural changes to improve productivityCommunicates effectively with multi-cultural environment in order to resolve arising issues

What You Will Need:  

Previous experience with analysis and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree completed in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook softwareKnowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processesGood command of English in speaking and writing (Good command of GermanGood organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work well under pressure Good communication and cooperation skills
