Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia i is looking for a driven and engaged colleague to join our team as:

JUNIOR DISTRIBUTION COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Monitor processes within Global Distribution Support Department to ensure that established standards and management requirements are met.

Perform quality checks by analyzing large data sets to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Report any instances of non-compliance or significant issues to the direct manager and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Participate in internal process mapping and standardization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Participate in internal process audits as assigned or requested by management.

Support and participate in internal projects upon management request.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Fluency in English (verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe and North America .

Interest in Logistics, Compliance, Internal audits, Quality Control or other related fields.

Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Logistics and Compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage.

Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Proactive, detail oriented and improvement driven personality.
