Ecolab is seeking a Junior Finance Administrative Specialist is to ensure service level, audit objectives, and the needs of Ecolab's distributor partners are met in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures.

Daily processing of distributor resale activityEntry of resale information, managing the customer and product cross references, trending analysis, release of sales and distributor credits and the resolution of refund discrepancies with distributorsMonitor distributor compliance with program policiesInvestigate sales/credit activityMinimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent1 year of experience in finance, accounting, credit, customer service, and/or related technical or customer service similar field, additional education may be substituted in partAbility to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minuteNo Immigration Sponsorship AvailablePreferred Qualifications:
