Key responsibilities:
Communicating with Business through phone and e-mailMake use of shared mailbox for business communication and categorize and archive messages in line with guidelinesPrepare and monitor rebates calculation, comission in time and respond promptly to customer requirementsManaging an invoice processPrepare monthly / quarterly reportsManage customer requests effectivelyBuild sustainable relationships and trust with Business through open and interactive communicationFollow customer service best practices, procedures, PPG guidelines and policies and legal requirementsMaintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Give feedback on KPI’s, team results and open actions during the weekly or monthly meeting
Qualifications:
Secondary education or higherFluency in EnglishFamiliarity with MS Office environment (Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel)Good communication skillsCooperation within the teamConscientiousnessProblem solvingOrganizational skillsPPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
